Apple radish slaw

This apple radish slaw is a great alternative to cabbage slaw. It is light and tangy and makes a great side for barbecued meats, or even topping on a burger or sandwich. It’s delicious, but it’s not photogenic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 medium red radishes
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Shred the apple and radishes and mix with the other ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
