This apple radish slaw is a great alternative to cabbage slaw. It is light and tangy and makes a great side for barbecued meats, or even topping on a burger or sandwich. It’s delicious, but it’s not photogenic.

Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 2 medium red radishes
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Shred the apple and radishes and mix with the other ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
